let it flowwwwww

an ocean so beautiful,
blue hues echo amidst
the hollowing weeps of tides
clashing with one other.

the same cries surface
as i dive in,
following stabbing pains
of a thousand needles clawing at my skin.

i sink long
before my arms do,
skin once warmed,
now chilled by the very same embrace
